When I joined a company, they fired the whole web design and development team except one guy after a month, once they saw what I could do. I also wanted to leave because I was doing the work of an entire team but receiving the same salary. Eventually, I left.
In my next company, one fine evening, the company CEO rushed to my office and told me, 'Riffaz, you are making shitty videos.' I laughed inside because I had posted the same video on social media, and someone from the UK contacted me asking me to write a script for them. They were willing to pay USD 150 for a short script.
That was the day I decided to become my own CEO or freelancer. Those guys are just bullies, taking advantage of someone who is truly dedicated and talented!
